On 15 March 2023, the Board of Directors of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully convened. The meeting deliberated and approved a total of 15 resolutions, including “The Proposal on the Election of the Chairman of the Company”, “The Proposal on the Appointment of the General Manager”, “The Proposal on the Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer”, and “The Proposal on the Appointment of the Secretary to the Board of Directors”.
