The shareholders’ meeting of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully convened

On 15 March 2023, the shareholders’ meeting of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully convened. The meeting deliberated and approved a total of 17 resolutions, including “The Proposal on the Report Regarding the Preparatory Status of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”, “The Proposal on the Report Regarding Preparatory Expenses of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”, “The Proposal on the Articles of Association of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”, and “The Proposal on the Rules of Procedure for Shareholders’ Meetings of Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”

During the meeting, shareholders offered valuable suggestions concerning the company’s development. All shareholders expressed their commitment to working hand in hand with the company’s employees, striving diligently to fulfil the trust and expectations placed in them.
